Apple Crisp for Two
Ingredients
Topping
- 1/4cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
- 1/3cup old-fashioned oats
- 2tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1/4teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2tablespoons butter, melted
Filling
- 2medium apples, peeled, cored, diced (1 1/2 cup)
- 1tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1tablespoon Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
- 1/4teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8teaspoon salt
- 1tablespoon dried cranberries
1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 2 (10-oz) ovenproof ramekins with cooking spray.
2 In medium bowl, mix all Topping ingredients except butter. With fork, mix in melted butter until crumbly; reserve.
3 In another medium bowl, mix Filling ingredients. Divide filling evenly between ramekins. Top each with half of the topping, mounding the topping (it will settle during baking).
4 Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is brown. Serve warm.
